Yoga
Yoga is proven to reduce stress, while increasing strength, balance, flexibility, and overall wellbeing. Our classes are beginner friendly. Modifications are given in every class so everyone can participate. We offer many different styles of yoga. We want to help you be the best version of you whether you’re trying yoga for the first time or practicing for years we offer a safe place for everyone to balance the mind, body, and soul.

Breathwork
Breath work refers to any type of breathing exercises or techniques. During breathwork you intentionally change your breathing pattern. People often perform breathwork to improve mental, physical, and overall well-being.

Yoga for Stress Reduction
This soothing and nourishing gentle flow incorporates Pranayama (Breathing Technique) that helps regulate the nervous system and brings more calmness and peace into our day to day lives.

Relax & Reset & Renew Aromatherapy Yoga
This gentle flow practice opens your body, allowing it to fully relax and rejuvenate. This practice is complemented by calming essential oils that will leave you feeling relaxed, reset, and renewed.

Yin
While yang focuses on your muscles, Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, like your fascia, ligaments, and joints. Each pose is held for 2 to 5 minutes during which we apply moderate pressure to the connective tissues of the body, tendons, fascia, and ligaments resulting in increasing circulation and mobility in the joints.

Restorative
Restorative yoga is very relaxing and slow paced, it enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to support you comfortably. Restorative Yoga deeply relaxes the body, improves capacity for healing and balancing, Boosts immunity and enhances mood. Beginner level friendly.

Chair Yoga
Poses are performed while seated or with the assistance of a chair. This practice is ideal for those that have limited balance or anyone who has trouble getting up or down from the floor. This is designed for someone looking for a less intense practice while still getting flexibility, range of motion, stress relieve, balance and over time increasing strength. Beginner level friendly.

Mediation
A guided practice with a variety of meditation styles, such as Mindful Mediation, Spiritual Mediation, Focused Mediation, Movement Mediation, Loving-Kindness Mediation, using a variety of techniques such as mindfulness, breath, observation, visualization and mantra to direct the mind. This practice is designed to become present allowing the mind to slow down and promote a calmer mindset to reset the nervous system.

Moving Mindful Meditation
In walking mediation, the focus is on gentle movements and breath, cultivating a mediative state through physical activity. Our Moving Mindful Mediation will be outside in our beautiful Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa’s scenic walking paths. This moving meditation allows
you to tap into the present moment in a very full way and it can stop chatter in the mind. This meditation is a way of calming the mind and creating awareness.

Sound Bath Meditation
A Sound Bath is a full body meditation experience where one is a full body meditation experience where one is immersed in deep sound vibrations. The frequencies can bring one to a theta brain wave where deep healing and transformation take place.

Wellness Class Schedule
