Coggins 'N' Cans

Nov. 2, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Come out to Shenandoah Riding Center (SRC) for the fourth annual Coggins ‘n’ Cans community trail ride and food drive. Bring a donation of nonperishable goods equaling $20 or more (or a check) for each rider! Easy trailer parking with plenty of space to back in or turn around. Please leave dogs at home! Bring your lunch and drinks. Please register online at shenandoahridingcenter.com.

Hunter Pace

Nov. 3, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Join us for the return of Hunter Pace at SRC! Teams of two will race against the clock to match the ideal time on a mapped course. The ideal time is determined by the average of the racer’s times. The fastest and slowest times will be thrown out of the average. Teams can enter in one of two division levels – walk/trot and walk trot/canter. You may register at shenandoahridingcenter.com for $20 per team or the day of the event for $25 per team. Coggins are required.

Veterans Trail Ride Giveaway

Nov. 11, 3 p.m.: Be sure to turn in your nomination for a beloved veteran in your life for Shenandoah’s Veterans Trail Ride Giveaway. Email the veteran's name and contact information, along with a short paragraph about them by noon on Nov. 11 to kristin@shenandoahridingcenter.com. Winners will be announced at 3 p.m. via Facebook Live. Thank you, veterans, for your service to our country! Happy Veterans Day!
