Vacation Creation

Join the recreation staff at the resort pool as we make crafts pool side. You will be able to take the craft home with you as your souvenir.

Scavenger Hunt

Meeting Place At The Resort Indoor Pool Our recreation staff always comes up with the best scavenger hunts that may even take you outside.You will always walk away learning something new about the resort. TRAVEL BUDDY WORKSHOP Meeting Place At The Resort Indoor Pool How can anyone resist building their own travel buddy, and of course choosing just the right outfit to go home with! There is a cost for the travel buddy ($20) and the outfit ($12).

Movies & Tubies

Enjoy some quality family time every Friday and Saturday night. Pull up a tubie in our pool and watch some fun movies. Typically one movie is shown a night. Movies start at 8pm.

Corks & Canvas

Due to an overwhelming amount of requests we have added a paint and wine event hosted by local artist and author Sandra Principe. We will supply all the materials to create and to bring home your masterpiece. Includes one soda or glass of wine (must be 21).

Eagle Ridge Nordic Center

Whether its ice skating on our 1.5 acre pond, exploring over 7 miles of cross country skiing and snowshoeing trails, or sledding down our signature 18th hole, our Nordic Center will have the perfect winter activity for you. In addition, Eagle Ridge will be providing a complimentary shuttle to Chestnut Mountain Resort for our guests to enjoy.

Shenandoah Riding Center

Discover The Galena Territory with trail rides and lessons at the nearby Shenandoah Riding Center.With 40-miles of groomed riding trails, Shenandoah offers something for all experience levels.

Hiking and Biking

Surrounded by over 20 miles of wilderness and paved hiking trails, Eagle Ridge is an outdoor lovers paradise. Bring your own bike and enjoy the designated biking trails as well. Maps are available at the front desk or pool area.

Year-Round Pool

With a retractable roof for the warmer months, our resort pool is open 365 days a year for all-day water fun.

Boating and Fishing

Boating is an ideal activity at Eagle Ridge. Take a leisurely cruise on one of the resort's pontoon boats,paddle boats, kayaks or canoes, and be sure to bring along a fishing pole or use one of ours for free! Ice fishing is also available

Balloon Rides

Galena On The Fly lifts up-up-and-away over the rolling hills of The Galena Territory. Depart at sunrise or sunset from Eagle Ridge with an experienced pilot who will take guests on a panoramic tri-state tour.
